Me too. Later I observed the Amiga scene and collected lots of of mods and demos mainly from aminet, parties and some leet CDs. Used Max's BBS for a while and got a nice phone bill as well. 2600 baud is not enough. :-) I got 2500 DKR for my C64. Hurrah for emulation.

Jan Lund Thomsen wrote:Neil "Demon" Baldwins Future Shock has to be the coolest SID ever. And Max Halls remix is just spot on. Although not many people seem to agree with me on that. :D
I think Trace's version is the cooler. :-) (Tops my Trace playlist.)

> did you get me email about the BIT1 Companion CD ? Not yet: wondering what to say :) I don't sell it any more, and I'm kind of wondering why you want to buy it. Although it IS kind of retro now, and features some remixes now lost in the mists of time (such as those nuked from RKO in the big purge...

If this is your first remix, then I look forward to your next remixes. :) Great work! The only thing I don't absolutely like is the synth string that kind of follows the bass; not that it follows it, but its makeup. Apart from that I really like it.

I hear you. There could still be a temp.html page with partial/ill-formed entries so that one could download these for a limited time period, say a week or a month. Such a page could contain nothing but the links to the mp3s. Still, its no big deal; I'm a bit of a collector so naturally I feel a lit...

I'd rather have the remix and not know the email than not have the remix and not know the email. Of course if in order to at all upload the remix one had to supply an email there probably wouldn't have been a problem.

How about a future Project Gray? I also like the idea of CDs (eh, DVDs?) with different composers but the same musical style. Just a thought...
