Well depends all on who you are and what you want to have in your tune. But the piano drowns in the other sounds, and there are many things. I'd just say you should sharpen the sounds more, it's too soft overall, and drown. The uuhh sound is really MIDI like, I really don't enjoy it. But I am master...

What do you use, and why ?
I can do pretty much with Renoise, but maybe there are some corners to gain with more dedicated programs.
