Thanks for your help with identifying the autographs guys. I've now listed the C64 on eBay:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 8213055898

If you visit any other forums please could you mention this auction and spread the link as much as poss, I'm quite reluctant to part with the lil' beastie as we've been on many adventures together - but a slight cash crisis has reared its ugly head so it's gotta go. :(

Bye bye my lil' beige buddy!

*sniffle!*

If there is some rare chance that I may be able to bid and win this time would you ship to Canada?

Same goes for me, hope the price stays fairly sensible.

If it goes crazy, then I'll definitely be out of the running, but it will be party time for Kenz so can't be all bad. :)

Not so much partying, more of a "save ass" unfortunately. Hopefully there's an eccentric millionaire out there who loves Rob Hubbard.

Yeah, I understood it as a "save ass" situation. It's my error for not making it totally clear what I meant by "party time". I meant it as a kind of euphemism for celebrating getting the cash rather than any needless splurging. Should have said something like "happy days" to avoid the confusion.

The auction is not even 24 hours old and it's up to £36 already with 10 bids!

Like flies around some particularly steaming turds...

Chris

U still up MR ABBOTT :o
Well as regards to this C64 why not bid on it Chris !!!!
It would be great if someone within the scene purchased it :D
I would hate some geek to buy it who does not mix within the scene
but is a fan of the C64 :(
If this happens then no one will see this RARE machine again :(

At least if one of us buy's it then at least on future show's etc etc
If people would like to see the machine then we could bring it along :)
