Interval music

Post by AdamDawes »

During the intervals at BIT Live Brighton, a number of tracks were played that were remixes of old C64 songs, but they were being sung by a woman. They were fairly ambient and sounded great.

Does anyone know what these were and where I can get hold of them?

Many thanks,
Makke

I can't remember the track list, but it could be one of the following:

N-Joy's Commando remix:

Mahoney's Armageddon Man remix:

I did play those two during the intervals and also played LMAN and Sunflower - Follow Me although that is a dance track.

I can't remember the exact playlist as it really was an after thought as I thought it was a bit quiet during the interval - DAMN I'M SUCH AN AMATEUR!

The biggest problem was the lack of communication with backstage so you noticed that I brought up some music and then Benn jumped back on stage and waved at me to turn the music off :)

Did anyone notice what was played in the half-hour before the concert? It went:

BIT Live Theme 2001 (DHS)
Follow me (BIT Live theme 2003)
Thanatos (DHS)
Kentilla (Rob Hubbard's own orchestral version)
*** Galway Symphony, by Markus Schneider ***
PPOT Special Comic Bakery Dance Mix (Chris vs DHS vs PPOT)
and lastly, for intro
Wizardry, by Darren Izzard.

And three spoof announcements by Perhaps-a-Doobie :)

Spot on, those were the ones I remember hearing. Many thanks for that.

Can anyone recommend any other similar style MP3s along the same lines as these?
