I thought £642 was bad for my first Renault 21 Turbo (group 14 car, 22 year old me, 4 years no claims)
the AA quoted me £1647 4 minutes before that quote and i nearly crapped myself.
And that was with a PASS PLUS certificate too!

Heh, It wasn't just my first quote either. I'd exhausted pretty much all options. Churchill quoted me nearly £2,500. I'm not a young driver either at 34. I knew i'd get an hefty rate but i didn't think it would have been quite that much.
