Even good doctors could fail once in a while without being shoddy.
I'm not a special friend of police but I felt to defend the police here as I don't think that the boy could have been saved. My personal opinion.
Jan, if you think otherwise, I don't want to persuade you, because we won't know for sure which version is right or wrong.
