Correct Matrix, the exact title being Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins. I seem to remember it being called something else, like "unarmed and dangerous", but I could be wrong.

I'm surprised anybody has seen it at all. It's one of my favourite movies of all time, but if I ever mention it in conversation, it usually draws a blank.
