Classic demo.

The final MOD is the bomb. Fantastic 2-part tune.

...also... if memory serves there was a little spacey ditty composed by Moby (now El-Mobo) that was nice. Kenz was particularly fond of it too if I recall correctly.

This was one of my favorite demos on the amiga, they could almost have taken all that work and made a game to go with it.

A friend of mine has been searching for a tune to make an epic orchestral amiga tune to remix/arrange So I suggested he try the Odyssey demo tune as I thought it would fit the bill.

He agreed and has promised to do a more energetic, more bombastic tune.

You can find an example simliar work at http://www.orchestralmedia.co.uk

Well the tune is now complete, sounding amazing and in the AmigaRemix queue (number 34!) I may host a sneakly little preview if anyone is interested.

A preview would be great as Amiga Remix is in the middle of changing hands.

Oh you tease, it needs to be longer (as my ex girlfriend used to say  ) but sounds nice so far.

That didn't sound right, i meant a longer sneak peak would have been better. :)

wow #34 that means we gonna get a boatload of nice new stuff to hear soon. nice.

mmmh i wanted to leave a little tease of my own work here now, i actually wanted to remix the #2 and #4 odyssey songs already a long time, yet never finished tho, or even got em to a more worked out sound picture.
pretty hard to find the right instruments to use remixing this wonderful songs.

however, here you have some odyssey2, hope you'll enjoy it. dunno when or if i finish it, we gonna see.
