Not really. Enthusiasm for the old stuff is limited (as is his time)...

Tried to get him interested before, but to no avail...

A shame. I like his work a lot, heavily influenced or not.

Sad news. Thought he would react a little bit amused or flattered. Maybe he hated that period of time ("I was young, I needed the money"). Or he is quite p*ssed off by commercial "retro" stuff and misunderstood Remix64/Chris'/our intentions? ("Prepare to be assimilated!")
All is lost.

No, he's just too busy with his current lifestyle, and doesn't feel the need to relive any of his previous life too much...

He helps out when we need a SID credit correction, but I don't think he's given much to introspection about stuff. I could be well wrong, of course!

Plus I'm the publisher now for his C64 work, but I still don't have much contact with him. I'll invite him to BIT Live tho'.

Ah, that makes sense. :)
Beforehand it appeared to me that he refused ANY kind of cooperation which would be a great pity.
He just closed a chapter of his life (that's his life after all!) and it's okay with me. Though with a tiny little tear in the corner of eye. :(
(Interesting in HVSIDs: Driller, Deliverance, Bankok Knights Loader, Hyperion 2 Intro, Serpent Demo (mg, is that a sid?!))
All is lost.
