You could always get the music in Redbook Audio from the Mega CD version of the game.

I really rather like this
It's all clarinetty and yum in places.
Don't get me wrong, I'm all for a good bit of UNZ UNZ UNZ in remixing, but sometimes it's nice to get one's mitts on something a bit gentler.
