I was wondering the same.

Ojuice.net is down as well, and both sites are on the same server (or at least in the same server room), so it's obviously some hosting issues they're having. I recall them having a lot of server trouble in the past on and off as well.

Main reason I asked was that I heard a song on it the other day, and immediately went to the site to bag it... but alas... was not able to do so!

Had to create a null txt file on me desktop with the name of it so I dont forget it!

as far as i found out now, Nectarine is down because of 2 reasons.
* Harddisk fault
* some weird french law about copyright, broadcasting, digital media stuff...
- don't know if the website will be back. maybe, maybe not.

a new project has been started with the aim to provide scenemusic radio and whatever made nectarine good, maybe even more.

that's the place for more info:
http://jihad.arabek.net/wiki/index.php/Main_Page

if you can help or have something to offer check the website for contact info or goto #scenemusic@ircnet

Finally I just wanna thank the whole Nectarine Staff for their great service to the scene! It was really one of the most enjoyable things in the web!

Baffling! How could Scenemusic get taken down for copyright issues?

Also.. its *still* broadcasting!
