The Passing of DJ PETE !!!!!!!

Only a hand full of our community knew DJ Pete as he did all the stage /sound & lighting at the B.I.T Lite Manchester and also my charity event from last year, but I felt I needed to post this and pay my respects.

Peter Booth passed away on Friday 9th February 2007 age 38, he died from a massive heart attack at his home.
He was found on Monday morning of this week by his sister in his bathroom.

I knew Pete for 5 years and he and I became very close friends.
He was a great person to be around and he loved coming to my place as he adored kids and I have 5 !!!.
For the past 2 years we had been working closely on DJ projects and was working on future projects.
We will miss you dearly and can only hope you are in a nice place looking down at us all.

Something I know he would look on as funny is,
God now has a great DJ.

Rest in peace dear friend.

Paul

Personally I didn't know DJ Pete, but anyone passing away, especially at such a young age is a total tradegy. My thoughts are with him and his family. :(

Oh no... this is not good news at all. I was working with Pete during the BitLite gig and he was a really nice person - very helpful and seemed to have his future all planned out. This is really shocking news and my thoughts go out to his family.

Can't be there in person, will be thinking of friends and family...

Just a suggestion, but how about a musical evening at the Avenue for Pete's memorial?
