Greetings all!

I've got a prob: Who on earth is the original author of "Hymn to Aurora"?
I have had this mod in my collection for ages and quite some time ago I made a remix of it that I now want to release.

The only info I found about it is this: http://www.modarchive.com/cgi-bin/view. ... l&msg=1690

I will probably release it without knowing anything but curious as I am I first want to ask around.
Any info, any info at all, would be much appreciated!

Thanx!

lol - see me being guilty of not looking into Amiga forum topics.

This is a fine mod you refer to, one of my fave early mods that I listened to. I'm afraid I dont know who wrote it either, but its a splendid tune.

Where's your cover at? Can I get a listen?

It's from an Aurora demo (did u guess??) called: Beyond Eternity.

the tune was composed by: Horace Wimp. (sweden)

Aurora had many great composers, another great mod. i remember is a_king_is_born; great tune!! (but different aurora composer).

btw: there is an awefull (sorry to whoever it may consern) sid of hymn_to_aurora out and can be found here:

Hope u got all the info u need

Hey this cover was quite good!

It threw me a bit being very different styling to the original, but once I picked up the familiar theme, it grew on me pretty quickly.

Nice work.
