The "1982-199x" e-book is even more legible for our ageing eyes than the printed version. I might have had a say in that.

I can only speak for the RKO, but yes - Philip Bak contacted me asking to remove all tunes released under both his own name as well as the St. Albans Rob Hubbard Fan Club.

I asked him to reconsider, but his mind was made up.
