Re: Looking for older albums

I may still have some remix64 albums both v1 and v2 lurking at my parents house. I'll check when I visit my mum next. Also I never got around to posting a few of the remix64 v2 tracks to rko due to real life issues so some tracks are missing. Remix64 v2 has been uploaded mostly cos I own the copyrig...

Bitlive Brigthon 2015

Why support it? Have you ever been? have you the memories of how great these events are? have you enjoyed the live acts? made friends? kept in contact with people you never thought you would have even spoken to? Got pissed to the point the next day you didn't even know you attended? Never attended? ...

Re: Hewson consultants

God, I just thought... imagine a book of 8 bit software houses. who, why and what? would love to read a book like that! Stories of Gremlin, Ocean, Elite, Hewson, etc etc etc... 10 years ago might have even gone about it... now I just wouldn't mind reading someone else's efforts!!!!

Hewson consultants

I've been reading up on Hewson and I've found myself oddly interested in what they did and how they worked. With Andrew Hewson releasing a book and his son Rob now in the games industry as a developer I'm now so curious to know how Hewson became 1st century and how they went from Cybernoid, paradroi...

Re: Happy 10th birthday Remix64.com

Just wanted to add my congrats too...I visit most days, and enjoy the banter, the music and most of all the friendships that have been realised directly through this site. The hardwork is appreciated....and it's all given freely. Thank you! :worship: Only days ago I was mentioning to Lman just what...

Re: Sorry for my bad english

There's never a need to apologise. As an English man (like most englishmen and women) who cannot speak another language I am always impressed that non native people can even speak English at all. Since in this country were are pathetic at speaking a different language!

Re: Is Rob Hubbard's Lightforce an original piece or a cover?

Better late than never I guess... From the day i heard Lightforce on the c64 to this very day something sat uncomfortably with me about the tune. I have always sworn I've heard it before but I've never come slightly close to proving it. I guess it's influenced rather than covered but I know where yo...

Good to hear, It's been great to see behind the scenes how the lads at Machinae have come from strength to strength. Dead pleased to read this sort of stuff. Good on them!

Re: The football thread

WoW! The rollercoaster ride continues. So, at Wembly Donny V Leeds Utd resulted in a 1-0 victory for my side Doncaster Rovers an attendence of just over 75,000. What a day! It's an increadible achievement for the club, it's chairman and the supporters. just 10 years ago the club looked destined to f...

Re: The football thread

Well, we should have had it all wound up on the last game of the season but we lost and ended up in the playoffs. We don't do things the easy way at Doncaster. Fantastic result mind in the semi finals a whopping 5-1 win over southend and some great football to boot and a spectacular hatrick from twi...
