Looks like it might have to remain a mystery then! I think the DVD came out in October 2005, so I assume the signings would have happened shortly before that date?

Having seen the BIT Live DVD I deeply regret having never been to one of these. Are the VIP tickets available to anyone or do you have to be well known on the scene to buy one?

Mine arrived this morning and I have been listening to the CD in the car. Having never actually been to a BIT live event I have to say Monty on the Run was VERY impressive.
