The St. Albans Rob Hubbard Fanclub?

I've noticed remixes from The St. Albans Rob Hubbard Fanclub are missing from RKO and Amiga Remix. Have they been removed for some reason?

I can only speak for the RKO, but yes - Philip Bak contacted me asking to remove all tunes released under both his own name as well as the St. Albans Rob Hubbard Fan Club.

I asked him to reconsider, but his mind was made up.
