Can i upload this one to RKO?

I have a remix question that might be a bit shady. But the song is totally based on Dankos Plastic Pop, everything is made by me and Step Stone (Vocaloid Voice). It has been arranged in the way of Alan Walkers Faded. Should or can i upload this on RKO? Do you guys have an opinion or a clear example or answer?

Despite the fact that you made everything in this remix yourself, the vocal's melody line is still from "Faded" and the lyrics is from "Faded", too, right? Which probably brings it closer to "copyright strike" territory... Imagine if somebody made a remix and added vocals from Abba's "Dancing Queen" to it (even if it was performed with other singers/AI). Something like that would get rejected on submission pretty fast on RKO.

You should also be careful with posting this on YouTube. Based on the number of subscribers on your channel, you are prob eligible for monetization with your videos, and when money is involved, things get even trickier.

If I were you, I would try to contact Alan Walkers or his publisher/representative and ask for permission. Both for YT and RKO.
