Banners in your signature

Talk freely about the scene, the world of remixing, or anything off-topic unsuitable for the "Fun Forum".

What do you think of big banners in a signature?

I like em. In fact, I LOVE em.

I say, disable them banners in forums, it's just annoying.
I want to read the text, not the banner cause I don't care about them.

If people want to "advertise" something, do it in a few lines of text at the foot of their posts.

i like _small_ banners. it makes the whole forum more colorfull. but i'm against big banners, too. i think the 468x60 limit markus mentioned is okay.

Agreed. I'm not against banners, just obtrusive ones.

I like banners, but I don't think they should be any bigger than mine in height.

It's ridiculous when a banner is bigger than the text above it...

I don't care for them banners unless they are really annoying like the typical counterstrike-clan banner "we are great - you are shite" monotype or something similar annoying.

Oh, well. But change them from time to time, please !
