Most Sennheisers are very good, I only use AKG etc. for other stuff.

I prefer the closed headphones for many reasons, I like the tighter sound and better bass.

These have quite a higher SPL than the HD 250 II, which is nice if you like to blow your brains out.. but not recommend if you wish to keep your hearing for years..

We did a test (among the studios here) and found the HD 200 to be the winner, even compared to some of the more expensive Sennheiser models for some reason.

And hey, they look cool in white!

Can anybody recommend good monitor headphones for a reasonable price? (I mean below 100 Euros).

Ich nutze nur AKG-Kopfhörer und kann sie sehr empfehlen ! Alle meine C64-Remixe wurden nur auf AKG gemischt

I am on AKG 271 Studio are about at 160,00 Euro but definately worth their money !
