Hehe, thanks for spotting. Here's what the problem was:

Antai had accidentally created 5 arranger accounts at RKO, and then connected his R64 account to the wrong RKO account. That's why he couldn't add a comment to his tune, and that's why he was able to write a review about it.

Well I've set things right and moved the text from the review to the tune info.
