turrican 3 & katakis 2

Post by arvirus »

did anyone of you played the full turrican 3 conversion by smash designs (http://www.smash-designs.de) yet? i think it's really great!

also very interesting: smash designs and manfred trenz joined forces and started an new software company called "Denaris Software" (http://www.denarisoftware.de). they are planning to do a sequel of "katakis":

"We want to ask you something: We are wondering who would be interested in a full price game of an official Katakis 2 ? (Price about 20-30Eur). Conditions: Development for C64 and/or PC Plattform. Gameplay: Enhanced Katakis followup Developers: Manfred Trenz and Smash-Designs If enough people are interested in, we will decide to create this Game ! And also Manfred will return to the C64 ! (this is definetly)."

Yea, T3 rocks, but unfortuantely flawed by a couple of arse bugs. I saw the Katakis thing on their web site and it could be an excellent piece of software so fingers crossed :D
