XBox live anyone?(I just signed up!!)

Post by Subzero »

Anyone here on xbox live? I just signed up on the two month free trial doobie, and looking for some people to play against. I only have three online games at the mo - Outrun2, TopSpin and Burnout3 - if anyone fancies a thrash against me, add me as a friend on your xbox (Gamertag subzero1970) and we'll get gaming!!!

I'm Live in a few weeks.

Just got Halo 2 and I have Burnout 3 too, I'm expecting to be in the World Top 10 in both games once I kick off. Ahem.

You NEED to go get Halo 2 now...

I don't know what my tag will be, but probably something "Lagerfeldt" if I can get it.

I have Halo2, Burnout 3, TopSpin and Outrun 2 - but dont participate in "LIVE".. i have a pc for that, xbox is a console and i use it as a one player unit unless i have visitors...

Dunno, theres nothing about "LIVE!" that really attracts me in the way pc online gaming does.

Xbox is a console, yes. With broadband connection.

Xbox has the big advantage over the PC that is has one coherent community and one interface via the Xbox Live system.

Once you've paid the Live fee you're basically up and running with all Live enabled games, unlike the PS2.

The new Live set includes a new HQ headset I'm looking very much forward to also.

I don't like to play on a computer (PC type), I much prefer a console like the Xbox.

We still have multiplayer bouts in my living room though, tomorrow we're 8 guys playing a Halo 2 tournament! Excellent fun!

Heh, once you play Halo 2, you wont ever look at another game good enough to make you dribble then give birth to a 500lb turd.

Probably the same way they know when your copy of xp is literally a "copy" the instant you go online with it... "hello.. im microsoft are you joined?... something... WRONG!!!. queue microsoft taking a lead pipe to your computer till it submits to the many"... sorry been playing system shock too much ^^.. but its in theory the same thing.

If you've disabled your chip, it's because you've switched hard drives in the Xbox. Newer Dashboards check for the disk size when you connect to Live.

[edit] Removed my post to the topic "Big Brother is watching you" since it was really a bit off this topic.

Ok, added you. I'm not a lot into soccer, since Sensible Soccer on the Amiga I've given up on console soccer since there are way too many controls.

Did buy Pro on the PSX1 tho, but it was impossible to score because of the goalkeeper.

Tell me more about PES4 on Xbox?
