This was really a test for a lot of different things- a sounddrv.h fix, new arp methods, noise channel stuff, drums, DPCM hack...... so it's a much-more-accurate cover of hawkeye than my older one-- enjoy

Another hawkeye remix (cover)
Re: Another hawkeye remix (cover)
Folks: you'll need a suitable NSF plugin to play Nintendo Sound Files through Winamp: try NESamp at http://www.zophar.net/utilities/nsf.htmlRushJet1 wrote: http://bellsouthpwp.net/R/u/RushJet1/hawkeye2.nsf
Anyway, I had a listen and it's much, much nicer than you earlier Hawkeye effort, and not bad for a NES at all. Some of it isn't quite there in terms of arpeggio (but then Jeroen's are pretty difficult to emulate) but the feel of it is there, even if it's a more straight cover than a remix.
Be interested to hear some other tunes done by you on the NES. Try anything by Volker Meitz (PRI) or Søren Lund (Jeff) if you can.
Keep it up!
