It's freeki'n awesome!!! I was a beta tester and WOHO! Suck me sideways... :)
You can do allmost ANYTHING with this baby

The Mclass, music just getting louder and louder, clearer and clearer.

Combinator, you can make any freaki'n synth or effect of you're own taste :)
The possibility is unlimitet, only you're brain and cpu is the limit

So where can I get the music used in the demo? I could decompile the flash movie and extract it but if there's a link it'd be easier.

Too bad the Propellerheads are stubborn in their attitude towards audio recording and handling, a major loss in otherwise pretty nice product for what it is.

All in all I think the audio software market needs at least one new competitor doing things Right (TM) instead of the continuous flow of hardware emulation user interface packages for the beats'n'bleeps tinkering.

BTW, does R3 have a decent sequencer interface?

The sequencer isn't as good as like Cubase but it works fine for most stuff to do :)

I miss things like spline curves and stuff in the volume, velocity and so on stuff.
But those things can be done automaticaly when routing cv lfo's to those things, so there is many possibillities :)

Is it still contained in the tiny window? When I tried Reason back in the day that was the single most annoying thing in it (though it might have been just my mistake too).

Yes the window is still that small but you can deatatch the sequencer so it has a own window, witch is much better.

It R3 it's kinda new now when you load up a song, it opens up a whole new reason , not like in R2.5 where a new windows opens inside reason.

The filebrowser is much better now too, and everything is loaded up 5 times faster :)

You can brows the patches in the filebrowser and play the patches in the browser not having to load it firt :)

Everything is soooo much better :)

This reflects my fealing when I first looked at Reason. I find the user-interface of Reason suboptimal, that its user-interface is too bound to a visual representation of hardware. (Excuse me if this does not reflect your oppinion.)

If seen first from a visual angle and then less so from a functional angle, which program performs best? I find FL to be quite intuitive but I don't have much to compare with.
