After the stress of the past few days (getting not only banned from the Northern Sounds forum, but also getting banned from buying East West sample libraries), I decided to have some self indulgence today.
I've always loved the Dr.Who theme, and was rather disappointed at the latest mix they've used for the latest series... so I've rocked out a little....

Not bad at all, Mark. Certainly keeps in spirit with the series.
Why the hell the BBC just didn't use Orbital's excellent reworking is beyond me - sounds ten times better than the current (crap) remix they've used.
And don't even get me started on Christopher Eccleston - the f**ing lightweight prima donna! :(

I'm actually enjoying the series, for the first time... I kinda missed Tom Baker, and didn't like any of them afterwards. I like Eccleston's Dr. but leaving after one series... hmmmm

They have only just started showing the new Dr. Who on ABC-TV and I enjoyed the return episode (feed my addicition as Matrix says). I think I'll have to watch a few more episodes to full understand how Christopher Eccleston will portray the role. I did find it odd, that this Doctor seems frustrated by us Earth dwellers referring to us as apes frequently. In some instances the Doctor was a bit of a silly-heart, other times he was as serious as Dr Tony Hill (Robson Green) in "Wire in the Blood".
I felt that the Madfidder version of the famous theme was kinda close to the intro of the 7th Doctor, which oddly enough is when I stopped watching Dr. Who.
