New Show: Rewind

Post by thalamus »

That crazy fool Slaygon has gone and given me a stab at a semi-regular show based around pure, unadulterated SID music.

Rewind will debut on Tuesday 26th April and hopefully play regularly on Tuesdays (except when Slay Rated is on, of course).

Any ideas or suggestions are welcome :)

Hey! That's my birthday!

What a lovely present. How thoughtful, Thalamus. :)

Is it going to be pre-recorded or can we request SIDs?

It's going to be a live show.
We spent some 4 hours test broadcasting the other day, so we should be set. ;)

As Slaygon said, requests are doable; however, if you can get a request in before the show, that'll allow me to record an MP3 version rather than faff about with Sidplay (and it'll save on the Bozfades :) ).

I'm very disappointed with that attitude.
I can assure you it is much, much more important than that.'

Cheers for those, guys - we only have an hour to play with at the moment, so those requests will fit in nicely (with a couple of live SIDs if we run under).

:)

Incidentally, Slaygon is pretty keen for each show to have a theme/name; this first show will be The Beginning, but I've some proper plans for future shows (a Hubbard show, for example, or one dedicated to The Last Ninja trilogy).

If you have any clever or cunning ideas, by all means drop me a line.

Hmm, "Back to the future" popped up in my mind but that's out of question.
How about "Forward to the Past"?
