Well, if this really is just a teenagers fad then it is certain to only last for another month or so. As soon as something else comes to take the place of Crazy frog then that replacement will be the coolest thing ever, and anyone still harping on about Crazy Frog will be told 'that is like soooooo yesterday, get with the times'.
When I was at school there was a tamagotchi fad, which lasted for about three months. Everyone had to have one, otherwise they were not cool. It was a case of everyone having to get thoroughly bored with them before discarding them and taking up something else. Furrbies came a few months later.
In any case I've heard another interesting rumor... apparently they're thinking of turning Crazy Frog into a cartoon. Somehow I don't think I'd watch.
