I'm glad people are not willing to take hidden fees and are very determination to argue their case after being on hold for over 10 minutes.

I don't wap or download ringtones and other wierd stuff. Sure they are neat but everything has its hidden costs. Also if my mobile gets full with ringtones and stuff i delet it and then i have payed for nothing.

It's not like before when everything was new either, that you could get something really new that no one has heard or seen before and i can show that for them and they say "WOW! that cool"

Now it's just like "I have seen that , that's old!"

I once read an interesting german text about Jamster (or Jamba as they call themselves in Germany). It is exactly this down-and-dirty subscription strategy that made them so rich they can afford to flood every ad block with their (often just stolen) crap. You see - a mature person would check his bill and notice the rip-off, like on the site mentioned by Tas. But there are millions of kids with pre-paid mobiles who get charged monthly subscription fees without ever noticing it, because

- they don't keep track of thier mobile costs
- there is no bill where the Jamster/Jamba costs would show up

The mobile ringtone industry is ruthless and unethical to the bone. Too bad that originally funny ideas like the Crazy Frog or the Hamster Dance thingy are nicked, employed and sold-to-death by them.

I notice this thing often with alot of things... If i ever buy anything i always read the conditions and sometime the finding can be quite amazing.

I know alot of people just don't read these things. You can tell they don't when with MbD when you get people asking the same question over and over again when its written in BOLD on the website under "Customer Information".

So, if they don't read that you can imagine how many people just won't check the small print on some of these more ruthless companies sites.
