THE CHEESEMAKERS ARE NO MORE!

Post by Max Levin »

The Cheesemakers-brand has since the start been my way to say "I needed some help on this one", i.e it's always been me and another remixer from the scene cooperating to produce something that will kick your ears in the nuts. The reason why there aren't many The Cheesemakers tracks out there is because every remixer gets fed up with how slow I work and leaves the project unfinished... Ok, it's just a crazy theory I have, never mind that, here's the true dilemma:
I had this idea some days ago to search the web for The Cheesemakers to see if the name was taken already, since it is a popular Monty Python-quote and all, and so my worst nightmare comes true:
http://www.thecheesemakers.co.uk/disco.htm
The worst thing about this is they came up with their bandname just a few years before me! It would be another thing if it was like 20-25 years ago, when the movie Life of Brian was new, but nooo, they have to be there three years or so before me... hmpf!
At any rate, to prevent upcoming confusion and lawsuits I will merely just change the name of my posse. The Cheesemakers, as you all know them, will from now on be called:
The Cheesebakers
Hope you'll get used to the new name

yeah, I love a piece of drama now and then, sorry

You know, you could change the name to "The Cheese'em Akers" instead.

Completely different band-name. The other Cheesemakers can't hold you accountable for the pronounciation being somewhat similar. :D
