I'm looking for a game but not found

Post by Krakout »

Hi!
I am a new member here. I've found this site just recently by coincidence when I look for a c64 game.
I can't tell you a title. The game was about that, you had to take off from an aircraft-carrier. You see the action from side view. Is anybody know a game like this?
By the way I like this site, I think I'll be permanent visitor.

Jippie! :D
One tip is to go to http://www.c64.com and use their advanced search tool. In the "Genre"-list choose "shoot'em up" and click ok! Maybe you'll find it amongs the 360 other shooters! :)
Hopefully someone here can help you out better

No no no! Thank you Makke, but Wings Of fury was on Amiga. Is it right? However it was one of my favourite game on Amiga.
I will wait. There should be someone who know this game, and will recognize it with this poor data about it.
Levin, I won't try your recommend, I don't have that much time.. :) But thanks...

There was a C64 version as far as I know...

I remember one more game that was like this though... I got it when I bought this action-pack-thingy. I remember the graphics was kick arse (or at least I thought so then), and I've been looking for that game ever since...maybe we're looking for the same game. :)

Funny thing is, I've never seen it since and no one can tell me what game it is. Unfortunatly, I returned the pack because one of the disc's was fuxx0red (Rick Dangerous I think it was which just wouldn't load).

Wings of Fury came out both on the Amiga and the C64. I had both version. Awesome game!

Q10 Tankbuster from Zeppelin? That was horizontally scrolling, had carriers in it.

Seconds after posting that, I thought of another - Operation Hormuz from Alternative/Again Again.
