On Saturday August the 20th I’ll be recording the C64 Take-away episode #010… So, if you want to be part of the podcast and join me in celebrating the show count reaching double digits feel free to record your thoughts on the Take-away and e-mail an mp3 to podcast AT slayradio DOT org.
The deadline for your submission is Friday August 19th at 8 PM Central European Time.
Seems like I recorded the very first show the other day. Time sure flies when you're having fun.
Be part of episode #010

I used to do a 2 hour Radio Live Show every Friday which I played a mix of 80's Music, C64 Tunes and Electronic Music, and It was amazing how quickly time went. I eventualy gave it up due to time constraints and the difficulty of trying to be there every week. I'm guessing with a podcast you have a bit of a more flexibilty on what day of the week or time of day to record it.
Keep up the good work. Time to go and listen to episode #6 Yes I'm taking my time and trying to catch up at the same time

As for recording I'm trying to get into a weekly rhythm. The current schedule is to record the show on saturday mornings as I'm alone in the flat then. But once the missus passes her thesis exam (next wednesday) she should start getting out more, given me more potential recording time.

Since the server handling slayradio.org limits size to 10MB, make sure it's either smaller than that (once converted to 7 bits, as usual per email), or send it in in RAR parts or something.Jan Lund Thomsen wrote:feel free to record your thoughts on the Take-away and e-mail an mp3 to podcast AT slayradio DOT org.

Or use http://www.yousendit.com. Not that anyone should pass the 10 meg limit in the first place, mind.Slaygon wrote:Since the server handling slayradio.org limits size to 10MB, make sure it's either smaller than that (once converted to 7 bits, as usual per email), or send it in in RAR parts or something.Jan Lund Thomsen wrote:feel free to record your thoughts on the Take-away and e-mail an mp3 to podcast AT slayradio DOT org.
