Hey guys,
especially those who know the music of
"The KLF"
Did you know there is a device that enhances the sound of music,
and it looks like the pyramid-logo from "The KLF".
I took a picture of that device which I placed on top of a speaker:

Especially "Last Train to Trancentral" and "3AM Eternal."
Last Train To Transcentral (Live from the Lost Continent) has to be one of the best tracks ever. Period. And don't even get me started on how much I love the "Chill Out" album.
Or how I recently bought a 20.000th of a painting Bill Drummond decided to cut up rather than have it hanging on his bedroom wall. =)
That's on its way to you, Jan, as we speak. I got one meself while I was at it.Jan Lund Thomsen wrote:[Or how I recently bought a 20.000th of a painting Bill Drummond decided to cut up rather than have it hanging on his bedroom wall. =)
Ever heard "Kylie Said to Jason" by the KLF? Now that was surreal....

I have them as MP2 (yes, that was before MP3 became popular),
but if someone has a better quality, please help!
As for 3AM Eternal, I have only the single-CD double and the vinyl record,
I guess I don´t like it much

Did you know the guys in KLF wrote a book called "How to have a number 1 single?" Or that they also performed as "The Timelords" singing "Doctoring the Tardis" (a weird mix of the Dr Who theme)? Or that their track "F*ck the Millennium" didn't get any airplay for some reason?

Kylie Said To Jason can be found on the White Room OST (availble for download from http://www.klf.de). Of course I couldn't settle for the MP3s so I got a CDR copy of the 'original' remastered version from a guy in the UK. Great album. And very much different from the "White Room" that was released in the shops.putzi wrote:"Kylie said harder" and "Kylie said trance"

Too bad I don't have a digicam so I can show off my collection.
As for being a KLF nut I visited Transcentral when I was in London for BITLive3. Beat that!

The book is called "The Manual (How to have a number one the easy way)" and tells the story of the creation of the "Doctorin' the Tardis" track. Great read for anyone wanting insight into the pop industry at the time and the thought processes that shaped the JAMS/Timelords/KLF/2K.merman wrote:Did you know the guys in KLF wrote a book called "How to have a number 1 single?" FTM got airplay on MTV a couple of times. Too bad I couldn't get off work for the concert though. =/
