I was just looking at my Phantoms of the Asteroids source file from BIT 3, and it runs to 55 tracks of audio.
Who can beat that?
Glyn, I'm looking at you....

My tunes usually employ around 20-30 tracks. Don't think I ever had more than 32 tracks though (International Karate)

Stretching from about 12 (audio/midi/other) for Buzzer to about 30 for Crappy or The Human Race.

I usually manage under 24 tracks with about 12 of 'em in stereo. With live drums or BFD I have 8-9 tracks of drums going to five busses and from that to one single drums bus. Then about 5-6 tracks of guitars, 1-2 of bass, 1-2 for the percussion, some synths etc. With more synth oriented stuff it's a bit simpler.
