Who knows this SID-tune?

Hi all,

I'm searching for a specific SID.
It is played in the cracker-intro of a program called "The Power User Disk" (a compilation of several tools).
The intro was done by "The Syndicate/Beastie Boys".
I managed to rip the sound, so you can listen to it here.
Maybe someone knows the hvsc-name or the composer of the original SID???
