He will still be a part of the community although probably not in such a prominent role as we have seen him in up to this point... He has a lot of stuff he has to deal with and I am sure that this community will support him in his efforts to do so...

Neil, if you read this, I hope you manage to deal with your personal problems, and take care of yourself. Here's hoping you'll still be a regular contributor to this great site that you've created.
I'll just re-emphasise that i'm not leaving remix64, i'm just standing down as Editor, and yes i'm afraid it's perminent.
So basically you'll see much less from me in the near future. Until such times a new editor is found i recomend you contact Markus regrading anything to do with remix64.
I sincerely hope that you will find the strenght to conquer the real-life troubles you're facing and will still be able make contributions from time to time to this wonderful community that owes you a great deal.
