It was supposed to be about an armlength high, so it could be more detailed and stuff, but I couldn't find one of those pizza-spades laying around...
Trace: This time I never pulled the knife, just pressed it down on a rectangular dough to remove triangular chunks piece by piece. Then pushed all sharp corners back with the flat side of the knife
