Miniclip.com are notorious for it. It's right on the dodgy copyright infringing end, mostly because (a) they do make money, and (b) they don't credit authors.

First level sounds like Instant remedy's Flimbo's Quest
Second level....dunno, don't even know IF it's c64 related
third level, definately C64 related, but can't remember the name of the tune

Missed that the first time around !
Lets be honest though - the version is pretty rough anyway, although it's still no excuse to rip the sounds
