First show of the year, and the biggest one I’ve done so far, too - clocking in at just below 51 minutes. Bear with me as I’ve become a tad rusty since the last show. It can only get better from here on in.
As usual, the MP3 is directly grabbable from http://www.slayradio.org/podcast/ (no, you don't need iTunes or an iPod to listen to it) or via the podcast RSS feed. If you're using iTunes click here to go to the subscribtion page.
If you dig the show be sure to help it reaching a wider audience by casting your vote for the month of January 2006.
Feedback most welcome, as usual.

ahhh good old Deek - Weebles, thanks Jan for that little suprise!
I loved that tune, it was part of the Ikari & Talent+TSM crack intro before "Total Recal".
ahhh happy days!
By the way Boxing Day is also celebrated here, with the beginning of Boxing Day Test Cricket match at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) and also the start of the Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race. Meanwhile I'm eating lamb leftovers from Christmas day and watching it all on TV.

It was also used on the very last demo Triangle ever produced. So when I came across it on the random-SID playlist I just had to use it on the show.tony.rc wrote:ahhh good old Deek - Weebles, thanks Jan for that little suprise!

Good thing I recorded this one on Saturday instead of Sunday as originally planned. Spent most of yesterday in bed with the flu. Looks like I'll be doing the same today. Oh joy.
You also mentioned that the flu was getting you down in epidode 17.Jan Lund Thomsen wrote:Spent most of yesterday in bed with the flu. Looks like I'll be doing the same today. Oh joy.
I hope you kick the flu soon!
Also congrats on getting a job!

As for the flu I seem a new case of it some 3-4 times per year. Rather annoying, but at least it always passes in a few days. I'm not quite over this latest one yet, but at least I'm up and about again. Been getting things prepped for show #21 too.
