Anybody that can fins *any* real melodic differences between those tunes? Seems to be only soundwise differences.......

Yeah I think Ocean Loader 5 is just a remix of Ocean Loader 4. The 'drums' are slightly different and the 'rhythm' section is syncopated. Either way they both bring back that excitement where the song would draw to a close and you knew that at any moment the game would finish loading.
