Subject line says it all: pulling off a successful BIT Live is very
difficult indeed, but you've done brilliantly so far, and I hope it exceeds
your expectations! You've done the name proud, and maybe even started
a worldwide BIT Live movement :)

Big pat on the back! (I'll be taking my twins to see their Great Granny on
her birthday, but my thoughts will be with you as I tootle down the motorway!)
