just popping in with some news....

As you know I've not been well...Well things are looking up.

My MRI scan came back negative, I've been given the ok to go back to work, and back to work I am (its only 8 hours a week at the moment with a risk assessment every week, but its a start), my physio continues and im on permanent medication.

Just thought I'd let you all know, things are looking good...
