I like the ball and the remix part, but not quite the amiga text. I miss the old and real amiga text.
But I like the font of the current amigaremix logo more, just not the heavy effect on it and the somewhat jagged aliasing at places.

yes you are right, i would use it but can't find the Amiga Font...
But the font i used is the original Commodore font...so i think better than nothing...
somewhat jagged aliasing at places
hey come on, it's not a High-Res version...

To complete the hijacking of Kay's thread, let me post my attempt as well (for a white background).
And with some strong effects as well. Ha, now I have an excuse to create an amiga related page.
I suddenly realise this looks very exotica'ish.

Ha... what we have got here... are you starting up a Logo contest?
But nice to see how many talent people are here...
@Kufi: Yeah you shameless stole my idea.. but it's good stolen
@exoskeleton: like the coloring... nice shine effect and good idea with the re.mix...
@Dumper: This is really simply oldskool
What about a Logo rotator on AmigaRemix, that change the Logo on each visit? This were a cool thing...

What about doing one with the amiga Check Mark?
And just out of curiosity what is the correct number of squares used on the Amiga Ball? I remember there were specific numbers like 16x16 or something.

I like this
and this
best.
(I'd choose a different font for "remix" on the first, and less
glow on the second logo however.)

And RK's got a point about the "remix"-font.
