I wanted to find out what the term "Mangled" meant in this context and this is what I found on google.

"“This is the best moment of my life; since Granny caught her tits in the mangle” - Daley Thompson, British decathlon 1980 & 1984 gold medalist, on TV."

I still dont know what it means, but any sentence that has a Granny getting her tits caught in something is still funny. :)

A mangle is an old fashioned washing implement used for drying clothes. It consists of two large rollers that you thread clothes through in order to dry them.

as you wrote in another thread ... mix up some letters and you have the german word "mangel" ... wich means the same in this case. :wink:
