Which religion is the right one for you?

Post by Condor »

Hehe, here is funny quiz (Althought it does not supposed to be funny, you will probably get funny results)

Which religion is the right one for you?
http://quizfarm.com/test.php?q_id=10907

here's my "score"
-----------------------------------
Satanism 83%
Buddhism 67%
Paganism 58%
Atheism 54%
Islam 46%
Agnosticism 42%
Hinduism 33%
Judaism 25%
Christianity 8%

Your beliefs most closely resemble those of Satanism! Before you scream, do a bit of research on it. To be a Satanist, you don't actually have to believe in Satan. Satanism generally focuses upon the spiritual advancement of the self, rather than upon submission to a deity or a set of moral codes. Do some research if you immediately think of the satanic cult stereotype. Your beliefs may also resemble those of earth-based religions such as paganism.

hehe, I was born in 'Orthodox' beliefs, but I am not religionist
I say there is an invisible elf in my backyard. How do you prove that I am wrong?

atheism 92% <--- got me about spot on
Paganism 71%
Islam 67%
agnosticism 58%
Satanism 50%
Buddhism 50%
Judaism 33%
Christianity 21%
Hinduism 0%

i thought the atheism score would be about 100% give or take 0%, but one or two of the questions could not be answered properly:
"Because I haven't made up my mind, I never rule out the possibility of God's existence."
answering 'yes' says "ooooh well you know there may be a higher being"
answering 'no' says "i have made up my mind .. there is a god" OR "i have made up my mind .. there isnt a god"
how does it take it ? i had to go in the middle for that one due to the fact that i have made up my mind, i do rule out the possibility of Gods existence (other than the One True God: Rob Hubbard ... that goes without saying. but i dont think the creator of that test was thinking of God Hubbard!)

"I can't fully believe in any one religion." ...
again, i diddnt know how to answer this.
'Yes' = i can believe in many religions / i dont believe in any at all
'No' = i believe in only one / i dont believe in any at all

all in all though, about right.
:D

i believe we are all humans, matters not what colour/shape/sex we are. matters not if we were c64'ers/xz spectrum'ers/cpc464'ers. we all are equal. i believe in science -- it has laws that we are still figuring out (not bloody handed out on stone tablets!) and it is fact and can be proved and tested. science is our way forward.

i shall stop before this becomes a rant :D

Why isn't there any Galwayonism in that list ? After all, Galway is God (2000)
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming 'WOO HOO what a ride'

You scored as Buddhism.

Your beliefs most closely resemble those of Buddhism. Do more research on Buddhism and possibly consider becoming Buddhist, if you are not already. In Buddhism, there are Four Noble Truths: (1) Life is suffering. (2) All suffering is caused by ignorance of the nature of reality and the craving, attachment, and grasping that result from such ignorance. (3) Suffering can be ended by overcoming ignorance and attachment. (4) The path to the suppression of suffering is the Noble Eightfold Path, which consists of right views, right intention, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right-mindedness, and right contemplation. These eight are usually divided into three categories that base the Buddhist faith: morality, wisdom, and samadhi, or concentration. In Buddhism, there is no hierarchy, nor caste system; the Buddha taught that one's spiritual worth is not based on birth.

agnosticism 63%
atheism 63%
Islam 54%
Paganism 54%

My results:

You scored as agnosticism.

You are an agnostic. Though it is generally taken that agnostics neither believe nor disbelieve in God, it is possible to be a theist or atheist in addition to an agnostic. Agnostics don't believe it is possible to prove the existence of God (nor lack thereof). Agnosticism is a philosophy that God's existence cannot be proven. Some say it is possible to be agnostic and follow a religion; however, one cannot be a devout believer if he or she does not truly believe.

Islam 79%
Buddhism 63%
atheism 58%
Satanism 46%

You scored as atheism.

You are... an atheist, though you probably already knew this. Also, you probably have several people praying daily for your soul. Instead of simply being "nonreligious," atheists strongly believe in the lack of existence of a higher being, or God.

atheism 92%
Satanism 79%
Buddhism 67%
Judaism 58%
Islam 50%
Paganism 33%
agnosticism 33%
Christianity 25%
Hinduism 0%

LOL.. Well.. What can I say.. Just as I always thought.. hehe.. I just don't get it how satanism can get that high if you don't believe in any religion..
