Nope, wouldn't have been the same poster... my point stands. Now stand there like a man and take the credit or... I'll... I'll....

{insert evil twisted yet lighthearted threat here}

Image - I'll take credz for the deck cleanup.... but the one thing the last few bits have taught me, is that I really don't know what people want, but I have a fairly good idea where it will end up. :lol: :wink: Blue and White. I'm no good at that even though its a 5 minute job, because I like to push the boundaries, and for stuff like this, thats just too way over the top to be useful. Simplicity is king here. Markie said it best, i'm raring to go all the time with new ideas. I guess it's like being a hyperactive kid in many ways.. Besides, blame theo, he told me how to do the koalaing stuff ;) and i've really gotten my teeth into that ever since.

Anyway, moving on, I have a new job in... :lol: swings/roundabouts - I dare say a lot will change on the poster yet anyhow, it's months from the event and a lot can changed or be added in that time.

I like it, simple but effective, still not as good as the bitlive brighton poster you did though...

It's been great fun watching the evolution.

Will I get killed through the face for wandering what the poster would look like with that lovely, striking white-faced Back In Time logo on it?

I think the art below is awesome! Did we decide against this one? (sorry)

So whats the total line up with performers and dj's etc?
Dj Skitz
Jeroen Tel
8 Bit Weapon
ComputeHer
[edit by Chris: mysterious guests, and hoping to confirm Jeroen any time now!]

anyone missing?

-Seth :)

just doesn't "look" right... theo's right you need something in there, but you also need
to be able to get across the message of the poster. Especially with only a couple
of passing seconds to do it in.

* EYECATCH * - * BAM * - * they look at the details then *
Lose that momentary spark, and you lose a possible attendee.

Here's a rubbish attempt at mixing the two in black and blue (much like my brain
at this late hour
) :lol:

Over to yous guys... looks like the manual look (craig / kenz / theo) or the demo look (see page 4). Can't seem to make em gel together :( - I think you definately need the text on there actually telling what the thing is about though. Unlike a cd, there's nothing tangable, tactile to take a pic of to sell the poster... unless you plan on actually selling some 64's *chortle* :lol:

Hell even I can't decide what's gonna be good for this anymore :oops: .... The balls in your court lads :) - Some good options on the table :)

I'd raise a glass of soft drink to that :) The most fun I had at BIT was the rehearsals or the pub thing before and after.

Chris
And you missed the infamous madfiddler drinking a bottle of vodka during rehearsals in Copenhagen ;) Think we went to the pub afterwards, but can't remember.

Something like that isn't out of the question I guess. I'd hate to attend an event and not have a fiddle - perhaps not with Seth physically though - the wife gets that ;)

I may well be living in Brighton again by then since EA closed my studio.

Well, we'll freewheel that one :) At least you get back to Brighton...!

We'll announce this baby in a couple of weeks time: the headline act confirmed, so we'll go-go-go very soon and see what happens over the next seven months.

*wanders past whistling cheerfully with a plasma rocket launch rail over one shoulder and a vehicle-mounted mass driver cannon on the other*

Don't mind me. Just passin' through.

*lights arc-welder off his fag*

Rare knack bein' able to whistle with a cig in your mouth.
