Why should I? There are thousands of talented guitarists out there who make me feel like an absolute beginner when they start playing. He does not, he is a beginner himself in terms of musicality, groove and feeling.
(Yes, he might be talented and practiced a LOT to achieve this technical standard but that's not my definition of a good guitar player.)

This type of thing does not amaze me.

When it comes down to it....Practice...Practice...Practice.

Unless something is really wrong with you physically and mentally if you commit yourself to anything in life and put enough time and effort into it you can achieve it.

Its something I've always believed it, well....recently I've lost the edge and trying to gain it back.

However if you bought a guitar and practiced 8 hours a day, you can play like that kid in no time.

I do realize most of us here are not kids anymore, but all that means is it will take longer.

If you put your mind to it and if you can invest the time you can achieve anything you want.

Quite a famous ukelele performance now, but more importantly the guys own take on a song, and I love this performance, more than I like the original track, and the guy is obviously "feeling" what he plays. Love it.

I'm a bit confused. The guy says the Track is of George Harrison "While My Guitar Gently Weeps"

But the Melody sounds the same as "Angel Eyes" by The Jeff Healey Band a Canadian band.

Of course I do. No one is 100 % objective, so I'm not even trying to be.

But after reading your comments, I've listened to that kid again, and I must say you're right. The emotionality of his playing is rather flat.

In my opinion, a world-class guitar player has to have 3 skills: speed, accuracy and feeling. The kid from the video is quite fast but not really fast, also his playing is quite accurate but still far from flawless, and the feeling is almost totally missing, so after all he's in fact nothing special.

theres one thing for sure about that little korean dude, he's got a talent there.

its not exactly easy to do something like that so i have as much respect for him as i do romeo and sumppi etc and all the other "Live" musician's who are a million miles more talented than i am.

he's young too so theres plenty of time for him to feel the music he's doing, I kinda hope he's got a real musical mind and goes forth to do his own stuff, talent like that gets wasted every single day which is such a shame.

and that ukelele thing is pretty awesome too.
