Timbaland's other ringtones
Timbaland's other ringtones
Hello, after this Timbaland "incident" I listened his other MSN ringtones.

His "After hours" and "The Showdown" reminds me of some Amiga demo songs. I just can't recall which ones... Sounds a lot like Carebear, but I'm pretty sure he isn't the one.

"After Hours" sounds a lot like from "Shadow of the Beast"Qelic wrote:Hello, after this Timbaland "incident" I listened his other MSN ringtones.

I wouldnt say its note for note Shadow of the beast, but it does sound very similar to it. I think its the level where you are running and there is a P-a-r-a-l-l-a-x Background of mountains in it.Chris Abbott wrote: "After Hours" sounds a lot like from "Shadow of the Beast"

"The Gateway" FOR SURE!!!! has something SID in the background not sure if this is the proper term but it sounds like a Ring Modulated sound. Listen to it carefully. But its too short for me to say what it is. Maybe someone else might recognize it.

Person behind Qelic is an old C64 sene veteran from a group called Beyond Force(Max was too typical nickname to use here :p ).
Also followed Amiga scene very closely many years pretty much "from the start of it".
Nowadays, I just check what's going on in demoscene everyone now and then.
I watched the Timbaland ringtone youtube Video, checked his other ringtones there and those 2 brought up that "I've heard those melodies before" -feeling.
