_Almost_ a very good, lo-fi, retro remix. What wrecks it for me is the bloody awful echo/delay on the lead at certain points (such as from 1'19 to 1'44, and again at 3'03ish). This destroys the pace and makes it sound totally uneven, and would make me knock down the rating by at least one smily. Everything else sounds good, though the track is a bit on the long side (Delta is a very repetitious tune). Here's hoping for a newer version without said effect...
I agree with Craig regarding the echo, but otherwise I love the track. To be honest, I'd got a bit sick of hearing Delta remixes, but this I really like. You've taken a different approach (almost retro) which is what this track needed. I'd put it 3rd behind Puffy's and Noviello's spanish guitar. Now, if only you could get rid of the echo...

i must admit that the delay on the lead doesn't fit really, during
creating this mix, i had a lot of fun and it's maybe more a remix
for myself.....
the delta chapter is closed....
next release is 'R1D1' from' Ratt', i know that i have already done
a mix of this tune, but against the new remix is the old one a piece
of silly crap.... so stay tuned.....
