Special requests

Post by trace »

Poll what you want me to do and enter one c64 or amiga tunes you would like me to "spice up"

I will go thru the requests and choose one depending on what moode i'm in ;)

Then i will do that tune in the style the poll showes most :D

I will notify when i have picked one to remix.

Sound like a plan, eh?

EDIT: When you choose "Other..." Please specify :D

strangely enough i love almost everything from you remixed under the name of "trace", but i have not been caught by the "powertrace"-project so far. but maybe that's just a matter of the chosen sids.

i would really like you to remix either "jupiter" by laxity (MUSICIANS/L/Laxity/Jupiter.sid), or "deadlock" by reyn (MUSICIANS/O/Ouwehand_Reyn/Deadlock.sid [tune 1]), which i think fit nicely to your style and have not been remixed up to now.

edit: voted downtempo

Surely there is more music from WOTF games to be remixed?

This is a great idea. Maybe we could have a special POLL Section where people can start polls requesting for work to be assigned?

A Tusker (final) remix would be great as there's actually only one I know...and that one is 6 years old which is not bad though (just like good wine). anyway, uptempo is my preferred style a.t.m. :argh:

any tune from turbocharge, such an underated and overlooked set of tunes and they really are so damn good.

HVSC_46\C64Music\C64Music\MUSICIANS\C\Connolly_Sean

to find it.

sid 2 and 5 stand out the most but their all good.

It would be great with a song remix requests system. Then at all times remixers can see most requested remixes. But last time the idea was presented, it wasn't received positively. I suspect there is a chance e.g. Last Ninja would be flooded with requests. But then again, a system could weigh requests up against the number existing remixes of a given song and even take into account the ratings of existing remixes of a song to estimate the need for further remixes of that song. But thats work. :-)

I guess that's what LMan was just waiting for....! :)
But indeed, I think that's an excellent idea!
